Please note that this policy does not cover third-party products or services, such as software licenses, domain registrations, hosting fees, or other third-party services that may be recommended or incorporated as part of our solutions.
Refund Requests

Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
- Service Not Provided: If the service you purchased is not delivered as agreed upon, you may be eligible for a refund.
- Service Not as Described: If the service provided is substantially different from the agreed-upon scope outlined in our proposal, a refund may be issued.
- Project Cancellation by Client: If you choose to cancel a project before it begins or early in the development process, a partial refund may be issued, based on the progress made at the time of cancellation.
Refund Amount
Refund amounts would depend on the nature of the request and the kind of service offered. If only a part of the service was not delivered or did not match the given description, a partial refund would also be issued.
Refund processing
After you apply, if your refund application gets accepted, we’ll refund it as soon as possible. Please note that processing might take up to 10 working days for your account. This depends on how the payment was processed.
Alteration of Our Refund Policy
We may modify or update the Refund Policy at our discretion. In case we make significant changes, we will notify you of that by posting the new updated policy on our website.
